Terms and Conditions
Booking and payment
Contact by e-mail is recommended and messages are always answered promptly. If you prefer to phone, please do so in the early evening.
To confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is payable four weeks before the date of your stay.
For bookings made less than four weeks before the holiday date, full payment will be required at time of booking.
Payment may be made by bank transfer or PayPal. PayPal incurs a surcharge.
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included in the hire charge.
Please let us know how many people are coming, so that the appropriate number of towels are provided.
Check in and check out
You can arrive any time between 4pm and 10pm and you must leave the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. The apartment is let only to the people named in the booking and is to be used for holiday purposes only.
Cancellation by you
If you have to cancel your booking, we will try to re-let the property. If we are successful, a refund will be made, less a £25 admin fee.
Cancellation by us
If we are forced to cancel the booking due to events beyond our control, your payment will be refunded and you will have no further claim against us.
You are strongly advised to take out a holiday cancellation insurance policy.
Pets/Smoking
Pets and smoking are not permitted anywhere in the apartment, or in the common areas.
Care of Property
You are responsible for the apartment during your stay and must take proper care of it; leaving it in the same clean and tidy condition as you found it. This includes doing all washing up and returning crockery etc to the cupboards.
Breakages/Damage
Should there be any breakages/damage during your stay, please tell us immediately. Replacement of any significant items will be charged at cost.
Complaints
It is important that you enjoy your holiday. If you have any complaints or problems during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can redress them.
Injury Loss or Damage
The use of the property and its equipment is entirely at your risk and no responsibility can be accepted by us for injury to you or a member of your party, or for injury loss or damage to belongings, including motor vehicles.
Contract
The contract of hire is between you and the owners of 1 Belltower.
